Towcester Racecourse leisure survey prize draw 2026

1. The promoter

The promoter is Orchestrate Limited, which operates Towcester Racecourse, of 5 Margaret Road, Romford, Essex, England, RM2 5SH, registered in England and Wales under company number 02880114 ("the promoter").

2. The prize draw

Everyone who completes the Towcester Racecourse leisure survey and chooses to enter is placed into a draw to win one of three prizes. The survey asks for views on the racecourse and on what people would like to see locally.

Answers to the survey are collected anonymously and are held separately from prize draw entries. Entering the draw does not link your name or email address to your answers.

3. Eligibility

The draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the date of entry.

Employees of Towcester Racecourse, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the draw or its administration are not eligible to enter.

4. No purchase necessary

There is no entry fee. No purchase, bet or payment of any kind is required to enter or to win. This is a free prize draw. It is not a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005 and is not connected to any betting or gaming activity.

5. Opening and closing dates

The draw opens at 00:01 on Monday 10 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Wednesday 30 September 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received for any reason, including where this is caused by a technical fault or a loss of network connection.

6. How to enter

Complete the online survey, tick the box marked "Enter me into the prize draw", and supply a valid email address. Entries without a ticked box or a valid email address cannot be entered into the draw.

One entry per person. Where more than one entry is received from the same email address, only the first will be counted. Entries made by an agent, made in bulk, or generated automatically will be disqualified.

Answering the survey questions is optional. You can leave any question blank and still enter the draw.

7. The prizes

There are three prizes. Each prize is a £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, described elsewhere in this promotion as a £100 Amazon voucher. The total prize value is £300.

• Each gift card will be sent by email to the address supplied on entry, within 14 days of the winner confirming their details.
• Gift cards are subject to the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card terms and conditions in force at the time they are issued.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash alternative will be offered.
• The promoter is not responsible for a gift card that cannot be delivered because the email address supplied was incorrect, or that is lost or misused after it has been delivered.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make the stated prize unavailable.

8. Winner selection

The three winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received before the closing time. The draw will take place on or before Friday 9 October 2026 and will be supervised by an independent person or carried out using a randomising process. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Winner notification

Winners will be notified by email, using the address supplied on entry, within seven days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and draw an alternative winner.

10. Winners' details

The first name and county of each winner will be available for one month after the closing date by emailing info@towcester-racecourse.uk. Entrants may ask the promoter not to publish this information, in which case the promoter will supply the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

11. Right to amend or cancel

The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the draw and these terms and conditions without notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. Any change will be published on this page.

12. Publicity

Winners may be asked to take part in publicity relating to the draw. Participation is optional and is not a condition of receiving the prize. Where a winner agrees, the promoter may use their first name and county in material relating to the draw.

13. Data protection

Personal data collected for this draw is limited to your first name and email address. It is used solely to administer the draw and to notify the winners, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. It is held separately from the anonymous survey answers.

Prize draw entries will be deleted within three months of the closing date, unless you have separately consented to hear from Towcester Racecourse.

The marketing opt-in on the entry form is entirely separate and is not a condition of entry. You do not have to accept marketing to take part, and you can unsubscribe at any time. For more information see the privacy policy.

14. General

Entering the draw means you accept these terms and conditions.

This draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
